Job Title: Concrete Foreman

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Concrete Foreman to lead a concrete crew on various construction projects. The Concrete Foreman is responsible for supervising daily site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, meeting production targets, and maintaining a safe, efficient job site. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on concrete experience, and the ability to read plans and coordinate crew members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead concrete members (formwork, placing, finishing, and curing)
  • Plan and coordinate daily work activities to meet project schedules
  • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and layout requirements
  • Ensure concrete work is completed to quality standards and specifications
  • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, inspectors, and suppliers
  • Ensure proper placement of rebar, embeds, anchor bolts, and form systems
  • Monitor concrete pours, finishing, and curing processes
  • Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with all site safety regulations
  • Conduct daily toolbox talks and completed daily JHSA’s
  • Track crew productivity, materials, and equipment usage
  • Identify and resolve job-site issues proactively

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on concrete experience
  • Strong knowledge of concrete forming, reinforcing, placing, and finishing
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage crews
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of concrete quality control and best practices
  • Physically capable of working on active construction sites
  • Valid driver’s license
